How to make your own solid perfume base

Solid perfume base is very simple to make at home.

Ingredients:

directions:

  1. Melt beeswax in saucepan or microwave.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Reheat  if necessary to re-liquefy.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Allow to cool before adding fragrance blend of your choice and pouring into lip balm containers.

    25% Beeswax to 75% olive oil to make up the Solid Perfume Bases

    re the beeswax perfume – I was wondering how much 10 – 15% is for the 1 teaspoon Beeswax pellets
    1 tablespoon Pure olive oil…. pl. how many ml maybe or how many drops pl.. thanks

    I would use 10-15% for a nice solid perfume, depending on the fragrance you are using

    Soy wax will make a very soft perfume. To make a vegan version I would try substituting 1/4-1/2 the amount of the beeswax with candelilla wax
