Temperatures are listed in both Celsius and Fahrenheit range from 38ºC to 200ºC (100-392ºF)
The adjustable clip on the top allows you to adjust the support point on your container so it is not touching the base (when adjusted correctly) to keep your temperature measurement accurate.
