Clinique's Happy is irresistible and fine -- which may be why it's one of the most successful new-scent introductions of all time. A fresh fruity/citrus top of orange, bergamot, and cassis leads to a floral heart of rose, jasmine, and lily of the valley. The scent is warmed by a sweet musk base. Well, at least that's what the perfumers tell me -- although it does no justice to this beautiful blend. Holds up magnificently in soap and candles -- a must-try! Flashpoint: 200* F.
