Products' total cost does not include freight charges. Goods may be sent via Australia Post, Fastway couriers or Couriers Please. Please indicate if you have a preference. Rates are calculated on both kilo weight and cubic weight. Rates for Australia Post can be seen at www.auspost.com.au.  An additional $1.30 is charged on orders over $30 for Receipted Delivery to allow trackability  of your parcel. Rates for International Post can be seen HERE Parcels sent via Australia Post may weigh up to 22kg, and up to 25kg with Fastways and Couriers Please.  If you would like a quote on shipping costs before we dispatch your goods please leave a note with your order and we will await your clearance before sending your order. Please contact us if you have goods to be returned to make suitable arrangements. Shipping Policies Shipping costs are an issue that concerns everyone who orders goods online. Many websites will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you at the time an order is placed. Due to the overcharging possibility with the nature of goods we handle we have opted to calculate all freight charges manually. We offer 3 shipping options for you to choose from at this time. Australia Post – calculated at their advertised rates. This can be worked out at http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/ if you have an idea of the weight and cubic measurement of your parcel. If the value of your goods exceeds $30.00 we will also add $1.30 to your shipping costs for a receipted delivery sticker to allow for tracking to ensure it reaches you safely. Should it go missing your goods will be replaced for you. You are free to waiver this option if you wish, but no cover is available for your parcel should anything go wrong. Australia Post will accept parcels to 22kg maximum weight, dead or cubic. Fastways couriers – This company works on a sticker system that operates in 5kg increments outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. The value of your first sticker is dependent on your location and covers you for dead or cubic weight – which ever is the greater. Each 5kg thereafter is valued at $3.65 to a total of 25kg. Should your parcel exceed 25kg a new parcel will need to be sent following the same pricing structure. Fastways are unable to deliver to post office boxes, so a street address needs to be supplied to allow this method of shipping to be implemented. If you are located within the Sydney Metropolitan area a flat rate of $8.25 is charged per parcel up to 25kg. These stickers are trackable and insurance is in place to cover your package. Couriers Please:  This company works on a sticker system that is based on the distance needed to travel to get the goods to you.  A base sticker is $8.20 with additional stickers required according to the distance the parcel needs to travel.  The initial parcel cost covers 15kg before additional stickers are also required due to extra weight. We welcome you to choose the delivery system that best suits your needs. If you would prefer that we work out the most economical shipping option for your area we are happy to do that too – please choose “Best Way” in your shipping option box. Should you wish a quote on your freight before your parcel is sent please make this note in the “add comments about your order” section of the checkout pages. We will then quote your order and hold it awaiting your approval.
