Products' total cost does not include freight charges. Goods may be sent via Australia Post, Fastway couriers or John Ryan Freight Services. Please indicate if you have a preference. Rates are calculated on both kilo weight and cubic weight. Rates for Australia Post can be seen at www.auspost.com.au. Rates for International Post can be seen HERE Parcels sent via Australia Post may weigh up to 22kg, and up to 25kg with Fastways.  John Ryan Freight services require parcels to weigh up to 25kg for local NSW deliveries, but have no minimums for other areas. NOTE: All parcels dispatched via Australia Post will now be sent receipted mail for values of approximately $30.00. Please contact us if you have goods to be returned to make suitable arrangements.   Shipping Policies Shipping costs are an issue that concerns everyone who orders goods online. Many websites will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you at the time an order is placed. We have found that, although the site has this capability, it overcharges the customer in many cases. It is for this reason that we have opted to calculate all freight charges manually. We offer 3 shipping options for you to choose from at this time. Australia Post – calculated at their advertised rates. This can be worked out at http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/ if you have an idea of the weight and cubic measurement of your parcel. If the value of your goods exceeds $30.00 we will also add $1.30 to your shipping costs for a receipted delivery sticker to allow for tracking to ensure it reaches you safely. Should it go missing your goods will be replaced for you. You are free to waiver this option if you wish, but no cover is available for your parcel should anything go wrong. Australia Post will accept parcels to 22kg maximum weight, dead or cubic. Fastways couriers – This company works on a sticker system that operates in 5kg increments outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area. The value of your first sticker is dependent on your location and covers you for dead or cubic weight – which ever is the greater. Each 5kg thereafter is valued at $3.65 to a total of 25kg. Should your parcel exceed 25kg a new parcel will need to be sent following the same pricing structure. Fastways are unable to deliver to post office boxes, so a street address needs to be supplied to allow this method of shipping to be implemented. If you are located within the Sydney Metropolitan area a flat rate of $8.00 is charged per parcel up to 25kg. These stickers are trackable and insurance is in place to cover your package. John Ryan Freight Services – This is an independent freight company working with a standard con-note system. Their pricing structure is worked out from a base price established by your location as well as a price per kilo to be added to this. Minimum charges are required per package making small parcels not economical with this company in most instances. If you are in need of a larger package this may well be the choice for you as their rates are extremely competitive. Delivery time may be slightly slower, but often the savings are well worth it. We welcome you to choose the delivery system that best suits your needs.
