Sodium lactate, when added to your soap recipe at 2-5% helps to give a stable bar of soap with great lathering, a wonderful feel, and make it easy to remove from your mould. 2% in lotions and cream also gives them a great silky feel when they are used, and its humectant qualities help binding the moisture to your skin for better hydration..

This product is derived from corn syrup using non genetically modified product.  This is the standard 60% product required by most recipies.
