These are paper bags with a plastic liner, see through window, and a metal insert in the top to allow it to be turned over for easy sealing. For those with heat sealers ,the lining plastic can be sealed against the elements prior to turning over the top to make it even more secure.
These are great for packaging bath salts and milks, potpourri or even biscuits if you would like.
